11 year old Pico:

Pico was a cupid who fell onto Dee and Lee's mansion, braking his wings in the process. Rico then took him in.
Marco was the one who blinded his eyes (it's golden by the way, though you can't tell much in here..OTL).

It seems that after a few years of being blind and lonely, this little cupid found love..
